SSP Scholarship 2025-26: Login & Apply for Post-Matric & Pre-Matric Schemes

The Government of Karnataka has invited online applications for various Post-Matric and Pre-Matric ssp scholarship schemes for students pursuing different courses during the academic year 2025–26 across institutions in Karnataka.

Students can apply for these scholarships through the State Scholarship Portal (SSP) by creating a student account (SSP ID) and then logging in using their credentials to submit either a fresh or renewal application for the current academic year.

Please follow the separate application processes provided below for Pre-Matric and Post-Matric students.

How to Apply for SSP Scholarship 2025–26 (Post-Matric Students)

Students studying after SSLC (10th standard) fall under the Post-Matric category. These students can apply for the SSP Scholarship 2025–26 by following the steps below:

Step 1: Visit the SSP Post-Matric Scholarship Portal at ssp.postmatric.karnataka.gov.in and Click on the “Post-Matric Login” button. You can also use the login link given below on the page.

Step 2: Enter your User ID (SSP ID/Student ID) and password in the respective fields. Then enter the captcha as shown and click on “Student Login”.

Step 3: Once logged in, you will be redirected to the student dashboard. From the menu, click on “Apply for Post-Matric Scholarship”.

Step 4: The application process for the post-matric students is divided into 5 steps:

1. Study/Caste/Personal Details:
   • Provide SSLC passed year and registration number
   • Caste & Income Certificate RD number
   • Mobile number, Email ID, and communication address
2. Student College Details:
   • Mention your current college name and address
   • Provide University/Institute Register Number
3. E-Attestation Details(only for applicable students):
   • Upload documents and enter e-attestation number attested by your college nodal officer
4. Hostel Details:
   • If you’re not staying in a government hostel, select Day Scholar
   • If staying in a hostel, select Hosteller and fill in hostel details
5. Preview & Final Submit:
   • Review the filled details for errors
   • Make corrections if needed and click “Final Submit”

Step 5: After submission, download the acknowledgment slip and submit it to your college office for verification.

How to Apply for SSP Scholarship 2025–26 (Pre-Matric Students)

Students studying in SSLC or below are classified as Pre-Matric students. They must follow this process to apply:

Step 1: Visit the SSP Pre-Matric Scholarship Portal at ssp.karnataka.gov.in and Click on the “Pre-Matric Login” button. You can also access the login page using the button below.

Step 2: Enter your SSP ID/Student ID and password, enter the captcha as shown, and click “Student Login”.

Step 3: Once logged in, navigate to the “Apply for Pre-Matric Scholarship” option in the dashboard menu.

Step 4: The application for pre-matric students is divided into 3 steps:

1. Study/Caste/Personal Details:
   • Provide your SATS ID to fetch school details
   • Enter caste & income certificate RD number, mobile number, email, and communication address
2. Hostel Details:
   • Select Day Scholar if you’re not staying in a pre-matric government hostel
   • Select Hosteller if you are, and enter the hostel details
3. Preview & Final Submit:
   • Review your entered details
   • Make corrections if required and click “Final Submit”
